Community Living Support
Community Living Support
Our Community Living Support Program provides training and support in natural environments and community settings that develop functional living skills to allow each of our Community Members to realize their full potential for independent, self-reliant living. “Person Centered Thinking” permeates every aspect of our program. Our Community Members are in control of their own lives and decide what is important to them, as they work to obtain the skills and awareness necessary to help balance and prioritize the things in their lives that might be important for them.
Key Elements of ALC’s Community Living Support Program include:
• Supporting our Community Members in exercising control over their own lives and making choices for themselves.
• Providing support with locating and obtaining safe and affordable housing in and around the city of Concord, CA.
